Rustic Onion Tart












This tasty onion tart is the perfect compliment for your next winter dinner.

1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
1/2 pkg. (15 oz.) ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts (1 crust)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese


SPRAY small skillet with cooking spray. Add onions and bacon pieces; cook and stir on medium heat 5 min. or until onion is tender. Cool.
PREHEAT oven 350°F. Unroll or unfold pie crust onto ungreased baking sheet. Mix cream cheese and sour cream; spread evenly onto crust. Spoon the onion mixture onto center of crust, leaving a 2-inch border. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold the border up over the filling, pleating the crust as necessary to fit.
BAKE 10 to 15 min. or until crust is lightly browned. Cool slightly.
