Cranberry and Pecan Cheese Log












This delicious, colorful cheese log travels well. Make sure to wrap tightly before storing in an insulated cooler packed with ice packs. Bringing this to a holiday party? Remember to pack a copy of the recipe. You're sure to get requests!



1 container (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted
TRISCUIT Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers

MIX cream cheese spread, cranberries and orange peel until well blended. Shape into 6-inch log.

ROLL in pecans until evenly coated on all sides. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

REFRIGERATE at least 30 min. Serve as a spread with the crackers.
